We offer a range of group treatment programs, including:

Mindfulness for Emotional Wellbeing (Adult program), 8 x 2hour sessions
Mindfulness for Emotional Wellbeing (Adolescent and Young Adult program), 6 x 1.5 hour sessions
Mindfulness drop-in groups, 1 x 1hour sessions
Managing Anxiety – A skills based approach, 8 x 2hour sessions
